Measure the circumference of your pup’s neck and chest (the largest part of your pup’s ribcage right behind his/her front legs) and then compare these measurements to our Sizing Chart. Please note that the weight ranges provided on this chart are purely directional and can vary significantly by breed. As a result, we strongly encourage you to make your size selection based on your pup’s neck and chest measurements.

Domestic orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days via Standard/Free Shipping or within 2-3 business days via Expedited Shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing in addition to the shipping timelines detailed above. Yes! We ship to most countries via the U.S. Postal Service. The cost of shipping varies by country so we ask that you add all the items you plan to purchase to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout for an accurate shipping quote.

Pawmigo is not responsible for any of these additional fees and will not re-ship or refund any orders returned to us as a result of unpaid taxes/duties.

Before making your purchase, please carefully measure your pup and compare to our Sizing Chart. If you need additional assistance in selecting your pup’s size, please email us at hello@pawmigo.co using the subject "Sizing Help" and provide your pup's gender, breed, age, weight, and measurements (if possible) along with the item(s) for which you need help selecting a size.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All orders are FINAL SALE. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.
Domestic orders can be exhanged within 14 days of the order delivery date (according to USPS tracking) so long as the item(s) are in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags and are free of any animal hair/fur/dander for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to reject exhanges that do not meet the aforementioned quality standards.

Please note that Pawmigo will NOT cover any return shipping costs unless the item(s) being exchanged are deemed defective upon careful inspection by a Pawmigo employee.
Sale items or orders placed with promo codes are Final Sale and not eligible for exhange. Please email us if exchange is needed.
