All orders are FINAL SALE. No returns, no exceptions.
Domestic orders may be exchanged within 14 days of the order delivery date (according to USPS tracking) so long as the item(s) are in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags and are free of any animal hair/fur/dander for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the aforementioned quality standards.
Please email email@example.com using the subject “Exchange Request – Order #[your order number]” to let us know which item(s) you would like to return from your order
Please note that Pawmigo will NOT cover any return shipping costs unless the item(s) being exchanged are deemed defective upon careful inspection by a Pawmigo employee.
Sale items or orders placed with promo codes are Final Sale and not eligible for exhange. Please email us if exchange is needed.
