Returns & Exchanges

At Pawmigo, we want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve got you covered! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To qualify, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Make sure to postmark your returns within this 30-day window.

Return & Exchanges Instructions

To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@pawmigo.co with your order number. If your return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received, please provide detailed information and any relevant photos. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If there's anything amiss—like defects, damages, or if an item is missing—let us know within 48 hours by emailing hello@pawmigo.co. Make sure to include any relevant photos. If issues are reported after 48 hours, we may not be able to accept the claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out. All items marked FINAL SALE on the product page will not be returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll contact you to let you know if the refund was approved. If so, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. It might take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. We recommend using USPS for U.S. orders or your local courier for international returns, as they are typically the most cost-effective options. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return makes it back to us safely. We do not provide free return labels.

Free Shipping Promo

If your returned items originally qualified for free shipping and your new order total falls below our $50 free shipping threshold, a $4.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
