Holiday Return/Exchange Policy:
All Holiday Bundle sales as well as any purchases made during Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotional events are FINAL SALE. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions. If you ship any items back to us with the intention to return or exchange them, they will not be shipped back to you and you will not be refunded.
There will be no price adjustments for orders placed before or after any Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotional event. No exceptions.
For all non-Holiday Bundle items purchased at regular price, please refer to our standard return/exchange policy, detailed below.
Standard Return/Exchange Policy:
Returns are accepted for domestic orders within 14 days of the order delivery date (according to USPS tracking) so long as the item(s) are in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags and are free of any animal hair/fur/dander for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the aforementioned quality standards. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject “Return Request – Order #[your order number]” to let us know which item(s) you would like to return from your order and then ship the item(s) to the below address:

At this time we are unable to process exchanges in one transaction. To exchange an item, we ask that you place a new order and follow the steps detailed above to return your original order. The previously mentioned 14 day return window still applies for items you intend to exchange.
